I am Shayan from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am 17 years old and currently studying at Notre Dame College, Dhaka. I love collecting matchboxes.
I am a life member of the Bangladesh Matchbox Collectors’ Club (BMCC). Right now, I have a collection of over 5,000 matchboxes and labels. I exchange matchboxes with collectors from different countries, which has helped me grow my collection a lot.
This hobby helps me relax and maintain a balance with my studies. For this exhibition, I have displayed colorful and uniquely shaped matchboxes. I hope my collection will inspire others to enjoy this wonderful hobby.
